TIPS

1. Read! Read the ingredient list of every can, bottle, box, etc. before you open it and use the contents in your recipes. And read them often. Keith has discovered that brands he was able to eat he can no longer eat because the company decided to "improve" the product by adding eggs, cheese or other things Keith can't eat.
